What is Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO)

The Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) portal is a digital initiative launched by the Department of Information Technology & Communication (IT&C), Government of Rajasthan under the Digital Rajasthan campaign.

How to Create Rajasthan SSO ID

1. Go to the official Rajasthan SSO Registration Page https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register.

2. Select User Type:

   • Citizen/Udyog – For Citizens or Businesses / Companies
   • Govt Employee – For Rajasthan government employees

3. Select Registration Method:

   • If Citizen/Udyog - Select Jan Aadhaar (Rajasthan Residents Only) or Google
   • If Govt Employee - Select SIPF (State Insurance and Provident Fund)

4. Verify Your Identity

   • Enter the required details and complete OTP verification using your registered mobile number.

5. Create Username and Password

   • Choose a unique username and a strong password.

6. Complete Registration

   • Review your information and submit the form. Your Rajasthan SSO ID will be created successfully.

1. Open the official Rajasthan SSO Login Page https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin.
2. Enter SSO ID and Password
3. Complete the Captcha
4. Click Login

How to Recover Rajasthan SSO ID

Recover by Sending SMS

If you have forgotten your Rajasthan SSO ID, you can easily recover it using your registered mobile number by sending an SMS.

1. Open the messaging (SMS) application on your mobile phone.
2. In the message box, type the following exactly: RJ SSO
3. Send this message from the mobile number registered with your SSO account to the following number: 9223166166
4. After sending the SMS, you will receive a reply message containing your SSO ID.

Note:

• To use this SMS recovery service, you must have logged in to the Rajasthan SSO Portal at least once on or after 07 September 2018.

How to Recover/Reset Rajasthan SSO Password

Recover/Reset by Sending SMS

If you have forgotten your Rajasthan SSO password, you can easily reset it using your registered mobile number by sending an SMS.

1. Open the SMS app on your registered mobile number.
2. Type the following message: RJ SSO PASSWORD
3. Send the SMS to 9223166166.
4. You will receive instructions or a new password on your registered mobile number.

Note:

• This service is available only if you have logged in to the Rajasthan SSO Portal at least once on or after 07 September 2018.
• The SMS must be sent from the mobile number registered with your SSO ID. If you use a different mobile number, the password reset request will not be processed.
